PRESIDENT

The president presides at league meetings and assumes full responsibility for the operation of the local league.  The president must see to it that league personnel is properly briefed on all phases of rules, regulations, and policies of Little League. The president is the contact between the local league and Little League International.

VICE PRESIDENT

The VP presides in the absence of the president; works with other officers and committee members and carries out such duties and assignments as may be delegated by the president.

SECRETARY

The secretary maintains a register of members and directors; records the minutes of meetings; and maintains a record of the league's activities.

TREASURER

The treasurer signs checks co-signed by another director, dispenses league funds as approved by the Board of Directors, reports on the status of league funds, keeps local league books and financial records, and assumes the responsibility for all local league finances.

PLAYER AGENT

The player agent conducts registration and player selection processes, assists the president in checking birth records and player eligibility, facilitates the creation of the league's game and practice schedules, and ensures the league rosters are uploaded to Little League.

SAFETY OFFICER

The safety officer coordinates all safety activities, ensures safe playing conditions, coordinates reporting and prevention of injuries, solicits suggestions for making conditions safer, and prepares the ASAP plan for submission to Little League International.

UMPIRE IN CHIEF

The umpire-in-chief serves as coordinator of the league umpire program, responsible for recommending umpires to the league president for appointment to the umpire roster, coordinating and assisting with conducting umpire clinics, communicates rule changes, and schedules league umpires for regular season games.

INFORMATION & MEDIA OFFICER

The information & media officer sets up and manages the league's official website, sets up online registration and ensures the league rosters are uploaded to Little League, assigns online administrative rights to other local volunteers, ensures that league news and scores are updated online on a a regular basis, and collects and posts important information on league activities.

UNIFORM COMMISSIONER

The uniform commissioner coordinates uniform ordering and distribution, manages inventory, and addresses any issues related to uniform quality or sizing. Additionally, they promote a sense of team identity and pride through the uniform design and ensure that all participants adhere to the league's uniform policies.

EQUIPMENT MANAGER

The league's equipment manager distributes and collects league provided equipment to each team.  The league equipment manager maintains the equipment inventory, determines what equipment is needed each season and orders equipment. 

PROJECT MANAGER

The project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the league. They coordinate resources, manage budgets, and establish timelines to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and effectively. The role involves communicating with the board of directors, mitigating risks, and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle. The project manager also track progress, reports on performance, and ensures that projects align with the league's strategic objectives.
